Our Services Currently Offered

This service will include your organizations beginning paperwork including Articles of Incorporation, Conflict of Interest Policy, Bylaws, and will include acquiring your EIN. We will gain information from this phone conversation to fill out these forms appropriately for your organization. Final price for this service will be discussed during interview as credit may be given for any items already obtained.

Orgnaizations with expected annual budget under $50k. We will work with your organization to obtain your organizations 501c3 determination letter from the IRS. This process can take up to six or more months but if at the end of that time your organization is denied, we will either work with you to fix any errors or send additional information to the IRS to obtain the tax exemption or the organizations money will be refunded (not including any fees for other paperwork and/or deposits). For this service, your organization should already be active and proper paperwork in line for the 1023ez process. If not, other charges may apply.
